Why Am I Not Receiving Emails?

If you’re attempting to request emails from Financial Interest but you’re not receiving what you’re opting in for, here are the most common causes:

  1. You didn’t verify you’re not a robot: our email software will pass you through ‘bot detection’ after you attempt to opt in. Sometimes people close this window too early – meaning you didn’t click the vital “Verify you are human” box.
  2. You’re using a VPN: our bot detection software doesn’t really like VPNs because bots really like VPNs.
  3. You previously marked our emails as spam: if you opted in for emails in the past and then marked us as spam, you will not be able to opt back in via the forms on our website.
  4. Emails are going to your junk/spam folder: please check your junk folder. If our email is here, make sure to mark it as safe – and hit reply if you want to boost your chances of receiving future emails in your inbox.
